Alternate Disciples!
1. A centurion, an alien — There were no signs of the disciples beneath the cross. The only one who proclaimed Jesus truly the Son of God was a centurion. (v39)
2. Joseph, an honorable councilor — One who was not recognized as a disciple yet doing the dues of what disciples should do – fearlessly he asked for the body of Jesus and buried him. (v43)

* Alcoholic, villain Arthur STACE experienced a complete spiritual transformation the moment he was saved. He quit drinking and built his family. He went around all corners of Sydney to serve in gospel ministry with his small gestures. Deuteronomy 33-34: God delivered Moses out of water when he was a baby, buried him Himself when he died. This is life testimony that God’s presence with us is all life long.
