but (to call) sinners to repentance! – Ark Channel 08/04/2022 Fri Luke 5b
When Jesus saw their faith, he said, “Friend, your sins are forgiven.” (v.20)
* A night without fish, yet they came on the Lord’s command! As disciples, we rely entirely on His grace; disciples need a merciful heart, just like that of the Lord towards the leper. Lifting the lame revealed faith, being moved to action!
* “Diaries of Anne Frank” records a difficult time. This 14-year-old girl writes, “I know what I want, I have goals and desires, I have faith and love… if God may let me live, I will let the world hear my voice, I will go to the ends of the world, serving mankind!”
